Gore Jessie F 051214 p7 Jessie Felix Gore May 9, 1924 Dec. 10, 2005 A funeral service will be Thursday for Jessie Felix Gore, 81 of Patterson, who died Saturday at San Luis Convalescent Hospital in Newman. Mr. Gore was a native of Baxter, Mo., and had lived in Patterson for 20 years. He was a retired maintenance welder 12 years with Jensen Precast Company in Reno, Nev. He was a member of Patterson Covenant Church. Mr. Gore was also a World War II U.S. Navy veteran. He liked to fish and loved to talk with his family and friends. Mr. Gore is survived by his wife of 22 years, Nellie A. Gore of Patterson; children, Phillip and Gary Gore, both of Oregon; stepchildren, Robert Blair of Elk Grove, Jim Blair of Panama City, Fla., Shirley Ward of Turlock, Sandy Miller of Patterson and Pam Coffey of Hayfork; brother, Thomas Wayne Gore of Washington, Ill.; four grandchildren; 11 step-grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Sandoval. Visitation will be observed from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Hillview Funeral Chapel, 450 W. Las Palmas Ave., Patterson. Thursdays service will be at 10:30 a.m. at Patterson Covenant Church, 435 W. Las Palmas Ave. Burial will be private. Contributions in Mr. Gores name may be sent to Patterson Covenant Church, 435 W.
