Grunstad Ragnar C 810323 np
Rites Tuesday for Ragnar Grunstad; Patterson - A graveside service is scheduled for Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Patterson
District Cemetery for Ragnar Cook Grunstad, 58. He died Thursday in a Modesto hospital after a long illness. He had
resided in the Patterson area since 1931, moving here from Chicago.  A native of Norway, he was a PHS graduate, class
of 1942, a World War II veteran, 99th infantry, US Army, and a member of the Patterson American Legion post. Survivors
include a brother, Bill Grunstad of Sonora, and a sister, Evelyn Vote of Columbia. The family requests that
remembrances be given to a favorite charity.
