Service Set for Laurel Halseth; A funeral service will be held here Thursday for former Patterson resident Laura J.
Halseth. She died Sunday in Modesto at age 65.  She had lived in that city the past seven years after residing in
Patterson for 40 years.  A funeral will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Our Saviour s Lutheran Church.  Visitation
will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 a.m. until noon on Thursday at Hillview Funeral Chapel.  She was a
native of Wakonda, South Dakota, and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Lutheran women s group.
Survivors include her husband. Earl Halseth of Modesto; two sons, Donald of Ithaca, N.Y. and David Halseth of
Pleasanton; two daughters, Marcia Levitsky of Santa Cruz and Laurel Ann Peyton of Los Angeles; and five
grandchildren. The family requests that remembrances be sent to a favorite charity.
