Drops Dead; Charles Albert Harris, 52, of Modesto, dropped dead at the Stanislaus County Ranch about noon Tuesday.
apparently from a heart attack.  He had been there since last Friday, Evans Chapel is conducting an autopsy and post
mortem examination.
