Harrison Inez I 980108 p8 Inez Imogene Harrison, 72; A memorial service was held here Wednesday afternoon for life-long Patterson resident Inez Imogene Harrison. She died Sunday at the Turlock Nursing and Rehabilition Center after a short illness. She was 72. She grew up in Patterson and graduated from Patterson High School in the class of 1943. She then attended the College of the Pacific in Stockton. For many years she was a pre-school teacher at the Grayson School. She was a member of the Patterson Township Historical Society and Delta Gamma Sorority at College of the Pacific ( now UOP ). She also was a member of Our Saviour's Lutheran church where she had served as a deacon and pianist. The service was held at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church. Burial was in Patterson District Cemetery. Hillview Funeral Chapel was in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include a son, Brent Harrison of Turlock; a daughter, Julie Carte of Moscow, Idaho; five grandchildren; a brother, David Knutson of Los Angles; and a sister, Velma Cook of Clovis. Her husband Alfred Harrison preceded her in death. Remembrances should be sent to Out Saviour's Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, 650 W. Las Palmas Ave., Patterson.
