Arch Henry, 87;  Word has been received here of the death of Arch Henry, a teacher and coach at Patterson High School
in the 1930s.  He died Aug. 26 at age 87.  He and his wife had been residents of a retirement center in San Diego in recent
years.  He was a commercial teacher and football coach at Patterson High from 1934-1937, including the PHS
championship team of 1936.  He left here for a school position in Tuolumne County, and later resided in Stockton.  He
attended the PHS class of 1937's 50th reunion in 1987.  Survivors include his wife, Edna, and a son, Patrick Henry.
