Randy Hicks Killed Monday; Patterson native Randy Thomas Hicks was killed in a car accident Monday morning.  He
was 27. A waiter in Modesto, Hicks was on his way back from Sacramento to attend the funeral of Anita Tatom when the
accident occurred. Hicks attended school locally through third grade then moved to Hollister, graduating from high
school in Salinas.  He lived in Modesto. Surviving are his father, Roy Hicks of Patterson, a brother, Michael Hicks of San
Francisco, and a sister, Linda Hicks of Fountain Valley.  Hillview Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
