Colton W. Hill Dies in South; Word has been received here of the death of Colton W. Hill of Southern California.
He had been ill for just over a month and died Sept. 29 at Downey Community Hospital. A funeral service will be held
this afternoon, Tuesday, with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery in Whittier to follow. He graduated from Patterson High
School in 1930 and attended the 50th anniversary reunion here in 1980.  He was a graduate of Oregon State University
and until his retirement worked in management for the J.C. Penney chain.
