Services to be held for David Hocott; Funeral services will be held Wednesday. at 2 p.m. in the Evans Funeral chapel in
Patterson for David Richard Hocott, 38, who died Friday in Anaheim from injuries he received when he was hit by a car
while riding a motorcycle near his home in Garden Grove. Burial will be in the Patterson District Cemetery. A native of
Fr. Smith, Arkansas, Hocott was the son of Marion Richard and Lenore Hocott of 209 S. Third St. in Patterson. He is also
survived by a sister, Shelly Schultz of Fresno, and two children, David Richard Jr. and Brenda Jean. Hocott was
employed by General Motors Corporation in southern California as a truck driver.
