G. W. Holder Dies at 85 in Alhambra; G. W. Holder, 85, a long-time resident of Patterson, died yesterday morning in the
Alhambra home of his daughter, Mrs. Ila. Perkins.  Final rites are pending at Evans Funeral Chapel. Holder, a retired
rancher, had lived on Magnolia Ave. Also surviving him are a son, Calvin Holder of Oakdale; two brothers, C. V. Holder
of Auburn and Jim Holder of Corydon, Iowa; nine grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Interment will be in
Patterson District Cemetery.
