Mark Alan Holder Jr.
June 29, 1975 � April 8, 2009
A memorial service will be Wednesday for Mark Alan Holder of Patterson, who died 
of health complications April 8 at Emanuel Medical Center in Turlock.
Mr. Holder, 33, was a native of Oakland and lived in Patterson 20 years. He was 
a loan service counselor/underwriter for 10 years.
Mr. Holder attended services at First Baptist Church in Patterson. He served in 
the U.S. Navy, was a member of the Clampers and enjoyed reading. His pride and 
joy in life was his daughter.
Mr. Holder is survived by his daughter, Hailee Holder of Patterson; mother, 
Patricia Holder of Patterson; father, Mark Alan Holder of Dayton, Nev.; brother, 
Kenneth Holder of Concord; and sister, Sarah Ewalt of Dayton, Nev.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Aldon and Helen Holder, Al and 
Bernice Piper; and grandmother, Jackie Holder.
A visitation will be observed from noon to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Hillview 
Funeral Chapel, 450 W. Las Palmas Ave., in Patterson, followed by a memorial 
service will at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 124 S. Del Puerto Ave., in 
Patterson. Burial will be private.
