Homen Joseph M 560607 p1 Final Rites For Joseph H. Homen; Funeral services were held yesterday morning at Sacred Heart Church for Joseph Machado Homen, 44, who died suddenly Saturday morning from a heart attack. Rosary was recited Tuesday evening at Evans Chapel and Patterson Council 146, IDES, recited Rosary Monday morning at the chapel. He was an IDES member. Interment was at St. Mary s Cemetery. Homen was a dairy rancher and lived on Fig Ave. He was born in Humbolt, California, and had lived here 40 years. Surviving are his wife, Margaret Eva; his father, Frank Machado Homen; two sisters, Mrs. Ernest Rose of Patterson, and Mrs.Marian Rose of Newman; two brothers, Frank of Patterson and Tony of Newman; six daughters and a son, Dolores Souza of Newman, Eleanor Ferreira of Turlock, Belmira, Evelyn, Madelin, Margaret and Henry of Patterson; and two grandchildren.
