Horman Lydia M 980428 p9 Lydia M. Horman, 90; A funeral service will be held today, Tuesday, in Modesto for Lydia Mabelle Horman, a former nurses aide at Del Puerto Hospital who lived in Modesto. She died last Thursday at Memorial Medical Center in Modesto. She was 90. A native of Madill, Okla., she had lived in Patterson and Modesto since 1945. She worked for 30 years in a hospitals, much of that at Del Puerto. She was a member of the Orangeburg Avenue Baptist Church in Modesto and had been active in the First Southern Baptist Church when living here. The service will be held today at 1 p.m. at Salas Brothers Funeral Chapel. Burial in Patterson District Cemetery will follow. Survivors include a son, Oscar Bob Skaggs of Modesto; two daughters, Mary Dew Robbins of Modesto and Joy Spainhour of Nokomis, Ill.; five grandsons and 10 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Marvel Henslee of Winters, Texas, and Golda Jean Honea of San Angelo, Texas.
