James Huckaby, 92;  A graveside service was held here Friday afternoon at the Patterson District Cemetery for James
Huckaby.  He died Nov. 24 at Del Puerto Hospital where he had been a patient for some time.  He was 92.  A native of
Arkansas, he has lived in this area the past 47 years.  Before retirement he was a farm worker.  He was a member of the
First Southern Baptist Church.  Survivors include three sons, Roy of Sonora, Glen of Patterson, and Richard Huckaby of
Siloam Springs, Ark.; a daughter, Bernice Carpenter of Tulsa, Okla., 19 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren,
and three great-great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Vinnie Burns and Susan Claypool, both of Oklahoma.  Funeral
arrangements were handled by Hillview Funeral Chapel.
