Ollie Emma Humbert, 87;  A graveside service will be held today (Thursday) for longtime Patterson resident Ollie Emma
Humbert.  She died Monday at the Merced Living Care Center in Merced. She was 87.  A native of Carney, Nebr., she
had lived in Patterson for 62 years, retiring from Patterson Frozen Foods after working for 15 years as a bookkeeper.  The
service will be held today at 2 p.m. at Patterson District Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 am. to noon at Hillview
Funeral Chapel.  Survivors include her husband, Ives Humbert of Patterson; a son, Dale E. Humbert of LeGrand; six
grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; a brother, Edward "Buddy" Howe of Sacramento; and five sisters, Edna
Howe, Eleanor Freeze and Mildred Kuebler, all of Nebraska; Lucile Stevenson of Atwater, and Lois lane Jerome of Iowa.
