Iturreria Manuel J 990527 p9 Manuel J. Iturreria, 77; Lifelong Patterson resident Manuel John Iturreria will be remembered Friday at a memorial service at Hillview Funeral Chapel. He died early Tuesday at his local residence in El Solyo Village. He was 77. Born and raised here, he was a longtime self-employed dairyman and member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He and his brother Gracian operated the Iturreria Dairy on Mistletoe Avenue for 38 years. He served in they Army Air Corps during World War II after graduating from Patterson High School in the class of 1941. He was a crew chief and tail gunner in the war's European Theater, and was based in England. He was a member of the American Legion Post 168 in Patterson. The memorial service will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at the chapel. Survivors include his wife Mary Ellen Iturreria of Patterson; three sons, Mike of Willows, and Joe and Jeff Iturreria, both of Patterson, five grandchildren; two brothers. Gracian and Phillip Iturreria, both of Patterson; and two sisters, Rita Etechapare of Milpitas and Jessie Alzuri of San Diego.
