Clarence Norton WW II Veteran Buried Here; Wednesday morning a funeral service was held in Evans Funeral Chapel
for Clarence Fletcher Norton, 66, who died Friday night in the Veterans Administration Facility, Livermore, after a long
illness.  Interment was in Patterson District Cemetery. A native of  Oklahoma, he had lived here 31 years.  Mr Norton was
a retired farmer, a veteran of World War II and a member of the American Legion of the Veteran Wars. He leaves his
wife Euna Norton at their ??  Bartch Ave. home, a son, Sanford Norton, and three grandchildren, all of Patterson, a
brother, Vernon Norton of Stockton, and a sister, Mrs. Myrtle Vaughn of Sunnyside, Washington.
