Rev. Nylund Dies in Washington; Word has been received, here of the death last Thursday, March 1, of the Rev. C.
Adolph Nylund. The former pastor of the Evangelical Covenant Church here died in Edmunds. Washington, where he
made his home. He came here in 1946 after serving in the United States Army as a chaplain.  It was during his pastorate
that the church building was extensively remodeled to its present structure.  He left Patterson in 1953. Survivors include
his wife of Edmunds.
