Evelyn O Laughlin, 88;  Eight year Patterson residence Evelyn Giesilman O Laughlin died last Thursday at her
residence.  She was 88.  A native of Dale, Indiana, she had owned a tobacco and book store in San Jose for 12 years. A
service will be held today, Tuesday, at 7 p.m. at Hillview Funeral Chapel.  Visitation at the chapel will be held from 5-7
p.m. prior to the service.  Private burial in the Oak Hill Cemetery in San Jose is planed.  Survivors include a daughter,
Ruth Nelson, of Patterson; eight grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and one great-grandchild; and a brother, Leonard
Moore of Mandan, N.D.
