Services Today for Anthony Oiiveira; Funeral services will be held at 10 this morning at Sacred Heart Church for
Antonio Ignacio Oliveira, 80, who passed away early Tuesday morning at his Fruit Ave. home following a lengthy illness.
Rosary was recited last night at Evans Chapel.  Interment will be at Hills Ferry Cemetery, Newman. He was a native of
Terceira Island, the Azores, and had lived here and in Crows Landing the past 36 years. He was a member of Patterson
Councils of the UPEC and IDES. Surviving are his wife, Maria Amelia; three daughters, Mrs. Earl Sousa of Merced, Mrs.
Everett Malony of Colma and Mrs. Edwin Tyler of Crows Landing; two sons,  A. E. Oliveira and Joseph F. Oliveira of
Patterson; a sister Mrs. Constance Borges of Centerville; two sisters in the Azores; 23 grandchildren and 27 great
grandchildren.
