Funeral Set for Thursday for Elizabeth Olson; A funeral service will be held here Thursday at the Hillview Funeral
Chapel for Elizabeth Helms Olson. She died last Friday in a Modesto convalescent hospital following a long illness. She
was 85. A native of Hart County, Georgia, she lived in Patterson from 1927 to 1940 when she moved to Oakdale. She
returned to Patterson in 1975. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star here. The Rev. Gary Grundman will
officiated the 2 pm service. Burial will be private. Survivors include a son, Charles Olson of Palo Cedro, Calif., and two
grandchildren.
