Jose Trinidad Ortega

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday for Jose Trinidad Ortega of 
Patterson, who died Jan. 11 at Doctors Medical Center in Modesto.
Mr. Ortega, 47, was a native of Mexico and lived in Patterson 25 years. He was a 
self-employed hairdresser for 15 years and a parishioner of Sacred Heart 
Catholic Church in Patterson.
Mr. Ortega is survived by his brothers, Leonides Ortega, Miguel Ortega, Alberto 
Ortega and Mariano Ortega, all of Patterson, and Vincente Ortega of Westley; and 
sisters, Maria Palafox, Teresa Ortega, Sara O. Estrella and Ana Maria Arreola, 
all of Patterson, and Graciela Figueroa of Woodland.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Vincente and Lucia Ortega.
Friday�s Mass will begin at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 529 I St., 
in Patterson. Burial will follow in Patterson District Cemetery, 10800 Highway 
33, in Patterson.
A visitation will be observed from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the church, followed 
by the recitation of a rosary at 7 p.m.
Hillview Funeral Chapel, 450 W. Las Palmas Ave., in Patterson, is handling the 
arrangements.
