Ernest L. Ortiz
April 24, 1932 � April 21, 2007
No services are planned for Ernest L. Ortiz of Patterson, 74, who died Saturday 
at his home. 


Mr. Ortiz was a native of Sunnyvale and lived in Patterson for 13 years. He 
worked as a repairman for General Motors Corp. and United Motors.
He enjoyed fishing and cars. 
Mr. Ortiz is survived by his wife, Mary Ortiz of Patterson; sons, Ray Padilla of 
Mountain View and Thomas Padilla of Corona; brothers, Mike of San Jose and John 
Ortiz of Mountain View; sisters, Angela Fisher of Monte Sereno and Jeannie Ortiz 
of Mountain View; five grandchildren; and a great grandchild. 
Neptune Society of Central California in Modesto is handling arrangements.
