Elcie Marie Vaile, 80;  A graveside service was held at the Patterson District Cemetery Saturday morning for four year
resident Elcie Marie Vaile. Hillview Funeral Chapel was in charge of arrangements.  She died June 28 at the age of 80 at
Central California Rehabilitation Hospital in Modesto.  A native of Oklahoma, she was a homemaker.  Survivors include
her husband, Walter A. Vaile of Patterson; a son, Walter F. Vaile of Paris, Ark.; daughters Audrey G. Patterson of
Patterson, and Mildred J. Moran of Stockton; brothers Charlie Curtwright of Uvalde, Texas; Dan Curtwright of San
Angelo, Texas; James Curtwright of Santa Rosa; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.  Remembrances may be
sent to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 423, Patterson, Calif. 95363.
