Brick Row (Kimball Block), 906 - 940, "A" Avenue, National City, Ca. - Built by Frank Kimball for executives of 
the Santa Fe Railroad. Designed by R.C. Ball who designed Folsom Prison. These ten individual row houses 
feature two fireplaces downstairs and four bedrooms upstairs in each unit. These row houses are on there 
original site. 
Listed on the "National Register of Historic Places. #1973000431.

Charles Blossom House, 907 "A" Avenue, National City, Ca. - This house was built by Elizur Steele in 1879 and 
sold to the Blossom family in 1883.

Dickinson-Boal House, 1433 East 24th Street, National City, Ca. - Built in 1887, for Colonel William G. 
Dickinson by thearchitectural firm of Comstock & Trotsche, the same firm that designed the Villa 
Montezuma.

David K. Horton House, 1504 East 22nd Street, National City, Ca. - Designed by Irving J. Gill and built in 1896. 
This Colonial Revival structure features 14 rooms, a large reception hall, a curved fireplace that shares a 
chimney with fireplaces in the parlor and dining room. When the construction was finished this house was 
equipped withelectrical wiring, indoor plumbing, a kitchen skylight and central heating.

Frank Kimball House, 921 "A" Avenue, National City, Ca. - Built in 1869 by Frank Kimball in the Italianate 
Style. It was distinguished by it's indoor plumbing. The porch was added in the early 1900s.

Lizzie Armstrong House, 345 19th Street, San Diego, Ca. - A Colonial Revival style house built in 1892.

Rice-Proctor House, 939 "A" Avenue, National City, Ca. - Built in 1887 this house is characteric of the Stick style.

St. Matthews Episcopal Church, 521 East 8th Street, National City, Ca. - Built on land originally set aside for a 
church by the Kimball brothers, but a gift of Elizur Steele. First services held July 3, 1887. Timbers were 
brought around the Horn. Construction is of California Redwood.
Listed on the "National Register of Historic Places. #1973000432.
