Nieces and Nephews: The children of John and Cynthia
	Crouch received $1 each.

Mrs. William Mahoney - all estate including money, notes
	and mortgages. Resident of Chilton, Culumet
	County, Wisconsin. Mrs. Mahoney to use money until
	her children Winnie, and Madge Mahoney reach the
	age of 18, when money is to be divided equally
	between them. In event of the death of Mrs.
	William Mahoney brfore daughters reach the age of
	18 years, some honest person, other than their
	father shall use the money to provide for them.

Administrator: F C Stockton appointed by the court

Probated: March 20, 1882

April 15, 1880 - A Codicil or note instructed that a
pocket book containing these papers be sent to Mr J H
Bonner of Cederville, Modoc County, California. In the
event that the testator should die while "wandering
alone" "My trunk and personal effects to be sent to
Mrs. William Mahoney of chilton, Calumet County, Wisconsin."
