DATE OF CODICIL: July 26, 1867 WITNESSES FOR CODICIL: W.A. Frazer Of San Francisco J.M. Legan Named in the affidavit of the Administrator Jesse Geib, are, the following: Daniel L. Cleveland, 35 years; Stephen Cleveland, 43 years, of Brooklyn, New York; Frank Cleveland, 42 Years, of Orange County, Texas; Lafayette Cleveland, 40 years, of County of Fannin in the state of Texas. On July 26, 1867. All Brothers deceased. Edward, named in Will, was killed august, 1869, in Texas (unmarried) William H. Cleveland died April 23, 1873. Bequeaths all property holdings in California to Daniel and Edward and reconfirms the Will of Texas.
