Husband: (deceased) William H. Findley

Sons: Franklin S. Findley, Herbert W. Findley, Harold Bruce Findley

Daughters: Annie L. Stanley of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island
	  Florence E. Kent - $1000 to compensate her for an equal
	  sum charged to her account as part of her share of her
	  father's estate and lost through the failure of the California
	  Mortgage Loan and Trust Company of San Diego.

Executors: Herbert W. Findley, Herbert W. Kent son-in-law both of
		Vancouver

Witnesses: Henry C. Shaw, Barrister; Ethel M. tibbits, Nurse; both of
		Vancouver, B. C.

Probated: July 31, 1899

Daughters of Franklin B. Findley: Florence and Marguerite each $250.00,
upon attaing the age of 18 years.

All other property to be shared alike by the four children. Anything that
would have gone to Franklin B. Findley is to be divided between his two 
daughters, Florence and Marguerite Findley (also a son - does not state
whether he was still alive)
