To his wife one undivided half-interest of the Ex-Mission
  San Juan Capistrano, in the County of Los Angeles,
  togather the orchard thereunto belonging.

To his son Juan Fernando, portion of the Rancho of
"Santa Margarita" and "Las Flores", commencing at the
mountain known as the "Tinafa".
To his son Francisco Pio, portion of the same
To his son Marco Antonio, portion of the same.
