Daniel Nicol of Riverside, Calif., in trust for minor children of my first
husband Thomas Mathew and Pearl Fender Nicol.

Executors: Henry Lilly, Daniel Nicol

Henry Lilly to be guardian of my minor son Thomas Mathew Nicol and
W. J. Robinson of Riverside, California of my daughter Pearl Fender Nicol.

Witnesses: Catharine Caldwell of Riverside, Calif., Aaird Adair and A. Aird
of Riverside.
