One collection among many is the Fred Rosenstock Collection which includes documents about the settlement of the American West, diaries, narratives, mining, ranching and railroad information. The holdings include information on the founding of Tujunga and the growth of the Sunland-Tujunga area as well as microfilm of the Record Ledger newspaper. It is open on Tuesdays and Sundays between 1 and 4 P.M. for research. Admission is free.
