The San Fernando Valley Genealogical Society has been extracting vital records for years from the newspapers held by the San Fernando Valley Historical Society in the Pico Adobe. All four volumes have now been published and can be purchased. You can also view an index of the names of births, marriages and deaths from the following newspapers at their web site.
