To the Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly
of the Province of British Columbia:
The undersigned settlers along Seymour Creek respectfully pray that no
privileges may be granted to any person or corporation that will Prevent
the undersigned from using Seymour Creek for the purpose of floating their
logs to tide-water. And your petitioners will ever pray.
