24 April, Tuesday, 1-2:30 pm - NCGS Study Group - "What to do with the 1940 census."

10 April, Tuesday, 6:30 pm - NCGS General Meeting - Donna Dugle Young will tell us how to find people in the 1940 Census before it is fully indexed. You won’t want to miss this!

14 February, Tuesday, 6:30 pm - NCGS General Meeting - Nancy Sauers - She will speak on “Immigration into the Port of New York.” Nancy has been doing genealogical research for 30 years, and is the local researcher listed on the NCGS website. She has visited Ellis Island, and will describe the various port immigration facilities, data bases, and websites.

10 January, Tuesday, 6:30 pm - NCGS General Meeting - Jill Harvey - Topic: Native American Research. Jill is Native American, a native of Nevada County, and a Native American educator.
