While I have endeavored to be as correct as humanly possible,

Will of William Williams of St. John's
William Williams. deceased
This is the last will and testament of me William Williams of No. Twenty
Young Street in the city of St. John'sN.F.L.D. made this fourteenth day
of October in the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and 19 nineteen.
I hereby revoke all wills made by me at anytime heretofore.
I appoint my wife Susannah Jane Williams to be my executor and direct
that all my debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently
may be after my decease I give and bequeath unto my wife Susannah Jane
Williams one dwelling house in the town of St. John's at twenty Young Street
and all the furniture and the effects.
I leave to my wife five hundred dollars debentures. After my
wife's death the house and furniture and five hundred dollars debentures
goes to Rowland Torraville Williams.
My land on Petty Harbor Road goes to Ernest Williams my nephew after
my wife's death
My fishing property at Petty Harbor I leave to my nephew Emanuel Williams
after my wife's death
I leave to my brother Henry Williams seven hundred dollars after my
wife's death Out of the seven hundred dollars two hundred goes to buy two
tomb stones, one for my father one for my mothers.
All other monies I possess goes to my wife until her death. If
any money remains after my wife's death it is to be divided between my
brother Henry Williams and my sister Mary Jane Pearce and their survivors.
I leave to Ernest Williams my bed and bedding after my wife's death.
Signed by the said Testator in the presence of us, present at the same
time, who at his request, in his presence, and in the presence of each
other, have subscribed our names as witnesses.
