While I have endeavored to be as correct as humanly possible,

Will of Margaret Davidson of St. John's
Margaret Davidson deceased.
This is the last will and testament of me Margaret Davidson of St. John's
in the Island of Newfoundland, married woman.
First. I hereby revoke all wills and testamentary dispositions
by me at any time heretofore made.
Second. I give and bequeath my gold watch and chain to my daughter
Third. I give and bequeath my piano made by Sames and my foot
Singer sewing machine to my daughter Fanny S. Gunn.
Fourth. I give devise and bequeath all the residue of my property
to my husband William H. Davidson should he be living at the time of my
death, but should my said husband not be living at the time of my death
I give devise and bequeath the said residue of my property to my children
Malcolm Davidson, Margaret McLeod and Fanny S. Gunn to be divided equally
Fifth. I appoint my said husband William H. Davidson sole executor
of this my will should he be living at the time of my death, but should
my said husband not be living at the time of my death I appoint James P.
Blackwood of St. John's, Solicitor, sole executor of this my will in the
place and stead of my said husband.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's
aforesaid this eleventh day of January Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred
Margaret Davidson. Signed by the said Testator in our presence
who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have
hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
