In re ADAM CURRAN. DECEASED.This is the last will and testament of me Adam Curran of St. Johnís I give and bequeath unto my mother Charlotte Curran the sum of one hundred pounds currency, I give and bequeath unto my executors hereinafter named the sum of one hundred pounds currency in trust and to be invested for my child Bertha Clift Curran which sum together with the interest which shall have accrued shall be paid to her when she shall have attained the age of twenty one years I give and bequeath unto my wife Eliza Jane Curran the whole of my personal property and the sum of two hundred and thirty pounds currency or whatever the residue of my estate shall be when the above bequests and my debts shall be paid, I appoint Campbell Macpherson Esquire and my father-in-law John Clift Hill executors of this my last will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 23rd day of February A.D. 1877.
