IN RE: AGNES M. WALSH. DECEASED
Should my trustee die before completing the trust hereby imposed such person or persons as he may by will or other writing appoint shall fulfill the duties of the trustee as hereby created and the trustee or trustees so appointed shall be if necessary remunerated out of trust estate to which my said daughter is then entitled. In witness whereof I have set my hand to this my will at St. John's aforesaid this 7th day of March 1925. AGNES M. WALSH. Signed by the Testatrix Agnes M. Walsh as and for her last Will in our presence who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. Jas. J. McGrath. Robert S. Furlong.
