IN RE: ELIZABETH R. WITHYCOMBE. DECEASED Being perfectly sound & clear in mind and of my own free will not being coerced by any person I give into the hands of my husband William G. Withycombe all my earthly possessions, both in money & property to do with them after my decease as he deems best This being my last will & Testament all other documents previously made are null & void Signed E R. Withycombe - witness M. H. Pike William G. Withycombe Dated This seventh day of August 1912 Certified correct, D. M. Browning Registrar (Listed in the margin next to this will the following) Fiat Sept. 27/12 Johnson J. adm C.t.a. Sept. 28/12 granted to William G. Withycombe Sureties Wm. Campbell S. H. Peat Estate sworn at $1800.00
