Being perfectly sound & clear in mind and of my own free will not being coerced by any person I give into the hands of my husband William G. Withycombe all my earthly possessions, both in money & property to do with them after my decease as he deems best

This being my last will & Testament all other documents previously made are null & void Signed E R. Withycombe - witness M. H. Pike William G. Withycombe Dated This seventh day of August 1912
