In re: GEORGE SIMMONDS DECEASED.
This is the last will and testament of me George Simmonds of St. John's Ropeworker. I give devise and bequeath everything of every kind and description whatsoever whether real personal or chattles real of which I shall die possessed or entitled to, to my wife Mary Ellen Simmonds and I appoint her sole Executrix of this my last will and testament.
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's this 16th day of November 1920.
Signed published and declared by the testator at and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other and at his request have subscribed our names as witnesses.
