In re: JAMES BENEDICT KENNEY DECEASED.
This is the last will and testament of me James Benedict Kenny, of St. Johnís, in the Island of Newfoundland.
FIRST. I direct that all my just debts and testamentary and funeral expenses shall first be paid out of my estate.
SECOND. I appoint my Step mother, Christine Kenny, sole Executrix of this my Will.
THIRD. I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate and property whatsoever and wheresoever to my said Step mother absolutely.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand this 16th day of April, A. D. 1921.
