In re: JAMES ROACH. DECEASED.
This is the last will and testament of James Roach of Middle Cove whereas my late father Peter Roach bequeathed me James Roach half of his property I bequeath my share of the said property and half of the Dwelling House and out houses to John Kinsella and my mother his wife Mrs Kinsella.
