In re the estate of

John Morrissey deceased

This is the last will and testament of me John Morrissey of St. Johnís in the Island of Newfoundland gentleman and I hereby revoke all former wills by me made. I devise and bequeath unto my daughter Margaret Morrissey all property whatsoever, real or personal, of which I shall die possessed (including the house and farm upon the Long Pond Road and all monies and securities) for her sole use and benefit. I appoint my said daughter Margaret Morrissey executrix of this my last will.

In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand at St. Johnís aforesaid this twelfth day of November Anno Domini nineteen hundred and four
