Will of John Summers

In re: JOHN SUMMERS. DECEASED

This is the last will and Testament of me John Summers of St. Johnís Butcher I bequeath to my daughter Kitty my half interest in the house I now occupy and also my half interest in the property on Lazy Bank. I also leave to her my house-hold furniture I leave to my nephew Patrick one-half of my half interest in the property known as the "Commons" and to my nephew Jack son of Pat. the remaining one-half of my half interest in the said property known as the "Commons" To my brother Pat I leave my gold watch and chain and my walking stick

To my daughter Kitty I leave the rest residue and remainder of my Estate I appoint John P Scott my Executor John Summers Signed Published and Declared by the Testator as and for his last will & Testament in the presence of us who in the presence of the Testator have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses this 15th of May 1908 P. J. Summers. John P. Scott.
