Will of Matthew Thomas Power


This is the last Will and Testament of me, Matthew Thomas Power of St. John's Newfoundland and I revoke all former wills by me made.

I appoint and nominate my beloved wife Catherine Mary Power my sole Executrix.

I give devise and bequeath to my said wife all my estate of every description whatsoever and wheresoever situate for her absolute use and benefit.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I hereunto subscribed my hand to this my last Will and Testament this second day of April Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and twenty five.


SIGNED by the testator as and for his last will and testament in our presence who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
