Will of Peter James Sutton


This is the last Will and Testament of me Peter James Sutton of 18 Walsh's Square in the County of St. John's Newfoundland [H. M. Customs]

I hereby revoke all wills and testamentary instruments heretofore by me made. I appoint P.E. Sutton of Montreal Canada accountant and A.G. Williams of St. John's Nfld Manager to be the Executors of this my will.

I direct my executors to pay my just debts and Funeral and Testamentary expenses. I give and bequeath all my property, monies and personal effects, to my wife Sarah Jane Sutton.

Witness my hand this 8th day of June 1920 Peter James Sutton Signed by the above named Testator as his last will in the presence of us both, being present at the same time, who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
