In re: RICHARD KELLY. DECEASED.
I, Richard Kelly of Saint John’s, Cooper, hereby revoke all previous testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last will.
I give and bequeath all my property and effects of every kind and description unto my wife Esther Kelly and I appoint her executrix of this my will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand at Saint John’s this 13th day of April A.D. 1916. Richard Kelly. Signed by the said Richard Kelly as his last will in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Mary Scurrey, 131 George St. Milliner. John Fenelon 159 Water St. Barrister at Law.
