In re: THOMAS CHARLES DECEASED.
This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Charles of Saint John's in the
Island of Newfoundland Licensed Publican.
First:- I direct that out of my general Estate all my just debts and funeral
and testamentary expenses shall be first paid.
Second:- I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Sarah Ann Charles all
that I possess in this world --- after my death to look upon and treat all the
issue of our marriage in equality.
Third:- I hereby appoint my wife Sarah Ann to be sole executrix of this my
last Will and Testament.
