In re THOMAS B. MCGRATH. DECEASED.
This is the last will and testament of me Thomas B. McGrath of St. Johnís Newfoundland Engineer at present one of the Newfoundland Regiment and I revoke all former wills by me made I bequeath all I die possessed of to my brother Ronald M. McGrath If he should die before me then all my estate shall go to Mrs. John Thomey my grandmother. I appoint John Thomey husband of my grandmother executor of this my will. In witness whereof I have set my hand to this my will this first day of October 1914. THOS. B. MCGRATH. Signed by the said Thomas B. McGrath as an for his last will in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other have signed our names as witnesses. Jas. J. McGrath. Gertrude Power.
