         William Hennebury deceased.

In the Name of God Amen     I William Hennebury a native of Newfoundland and now residing on the Freshwater Road St. Johnís Newfoundland do make this my last will and testament     Imprimis I bequeath my soul to the mercy of my Creator and my body to be disposed of after my death as my wife and brother may think fit and proper.    Item, I bequeath to my wife Elizabeth late Foley, all my interest in the farm and premises that descended to me from my father, as well as goods monies debts or notes or any other chattels of which I may die possessed for her sole use and benefit -     As witness my hand in Freshwater aforesaid this 2nd. day of April eighteen hundred & sixty four 1864,     William Hannabary.     Present John Roche Moses Neil, William Foley.
